Rittal Foundation

Friedhelm Loh took Rittal's 50th anniversary to establish the Rittal Foundation. The owner and CEO of the German supplier of enclosures and case systems committed five million Euro to the foundation.

The income from the foundation's capital fund will be distributed annually and donated to social and cultural institutions local to the various Rittal sites, including international locations.

Friedhelm Loh invited the following persons to join the Board of the Foundation: Markus Betz, chairman of the Rittal works council in Herborn; Christoph Caselitz, Rittal chief of customer operations; and Dieter Scherz, auditor from Siegen. The foundation's Council includes Friedhelm Loh and his wife Debora; Friedemann Hensgen, a Rittal executive until his retirement; Stefan Nadler, works council deputy chairman in Rittershausen; and Georg Müller, Medical Director and board member in Humedica and founder of the Humedica Forum Hessen.

"Success is not a given"

"I started this foundation knowing that success is never guaranteed", says patron Friedhelm Loh upon establishing the foundation on the Rittal anniversary. "We've been successful for 50 years, and I owe special gratitude to all members of staff. Rittal Foundation helps people in need, and it supports other social and cultural institutions and projects."
